However, the current situation of the market is worrying: the used truck market has long been criticized for the lack of uniform quality standards. Many suppliers only pursue quick transactions and neglect vehicle maintenance and refurbishment, resulting in trucks purchased by customers that often have many potential problems, ranging from poor engine performance to damage to the body structure. Many customers require additional maintenance costs after receiving the trucks (the maintenance cost is several times or even more than ten times), which seriously affects the customer’s operational efficiency and economic benefits, delays business, not to mention the resulting crisis of trust.
Regarding this issue, we at FUDENG have been adhering to exporting high-quality Chinese products from the beginning, whether they are second-hand trucks or trailers. Different from ordinary used trucks on the market, each of our vehicles has undergone a strict refurbishment process.
First of all, our trucks are purchased from other individual users. Before that, the trucks were in normal use and passed China Truck’s annual inspection. Our professional team will then conduct a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle, from engine performance to body structure, Paying attention to every detail. Only after it passes our inspection will we begin reconditioning the truck.
First, regarding the truck’s engine and gearbox, we will first remove the engine and gearbox, then inspect and clean them, and replace the four engine packages of the engine and gearbox: (cylinder barrel, piston, piston rings, connecting rod screws)
It is particularly worth mentioning that our retread series comes standard with new tires, which not only improves the safety and stability of the vehicle, but also extends its service life, allowing customers to put the truck into operation immediately after receiving it without additional work. Maintenance waiting time. For dump trucks, we will also replace them with brand-new buckets. In order to meet the needs of African customers, we specially made a thickened version of the bucket to make the truck stronger.
For the truck’s cab, we replaced brand new mirror, brand new sun visor, brand new Driver’s side front windshield, brand new bumper, brand new pedals, brand new Front and rear lamps, fog lamps, brand new Wheelbars, brand new fenders , brand new Wipers. And for better driving comfort, we also renovated the interior of the cab: brand new steering wheel, brand new floor leather, brand new gear handle, brand new interior door guards, door locks.inside & outside door handles,window cranks,brand new Cab liner cladding (top, rear and side), brand new seats & sleeper, brand new Seat beltsbrand new Sub tank….etc.
In order to further enhance customer confidence, after the renovation is completed, we will also test the truck, including the lift test of the dump truck, on Chinese roads, and these test videos will be sent to the customer for confirmation. After confirmation, we will Spray wax on the truck, because it is very humid at sea, and some parts of the truck will rust, which will affect its use, and then it will be sent to the port.
